SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The purpose of this database is to support philosophical research and increase communication among philosophers everywhere. Our goal is to provide listings for all university philosophy departments, research centers, professional organizations, journals, and publishers world-wide.
Information can be submitted in most languages. However, English is preferred because it reaches the largest number of philosophers. We understand that the terms "department", "institute", and "faculty" can have different meanings in different countries.
Outlines of current listings are provided below. Some categories may not apply in particular cases. The scope of the information we collect can be expanded. Please contact us for more information about this.
