The eighth International Kant Congress was held at the University of Memphis in March 1995. It was sponsored by the Kant-Gesellschaft e.V. and the University of Memphis philosophy department, in cooperation with the North American Kant Society. The Proceedings of the Eighth International Kant Congress were published in 5 volumes, with dozens of contributions in English, German, and French. The collection includes papers presented at the plenary sessions and the various sections, as well as the colloquia commentaries and discussion papers.
