And what is, or may be, the future of values? These issues are addressed in this volume by philosophers from Germany, Greece, India, Russia, Turkey, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This work was prepared under the auspices of the International Federation of Philosophical Societies on the occasion of the Twenty-first World Congress of Philosophy (2003). It was published by the Philosophy Documentation Center with the support of the International Council of Philosophy and Humanistic Studies (UNESCO).
