The Annual of the Society of Christian Ethics

The Annual of the Society of Christian Ethics published referreed articles originally presented at meetings of the Society of Christian Ethics. Each volume contained up to ten scholarly articles and a section on professional resources on ethics teaching and scholarship. Subjects include the nature and tasks of religious ethics, comparative ethics involving a variety of Western and Eastern traditions, religious social ethics and social theory, and problems in professional and applied ethics. It continues publication as the Journal of the Society of Christian Ethics.

Contributors included Thomas Donahue, Jean Bethke Elshtain, Ronald Green, Christine Hinze, Thomas W. Ogletree, Holmes Rolston III, William Schweiker, William C. Spohn, and William Werpehowski.
