The Women in Philosophy Newsletter was established to support the advnacement of feminist philosophy in the U.K. It supported the activities of the Society for Women in Philosophy UK with publications of reviewes, announcements, and letters of interest to SWIP UK members. It was succeeded in 1993 by the Women's Philosophy Review.
